What You Need

In order to access UPI service through IVR, you need to have following things.

• A mobile phone, no matter whether smart phone or featured phone.
  
• A mobile number registered with your bank account.
  
• Debit/ATM Card if you do not have UPI account.
  
• Ultracash Service number, which can be found on
  our telegram channel.

Steps To Avail The IVR Service

1. Call the given number on our official telegram channel.
   
2. Choose your Language.
   Various languages are available including Hindi, English and Bengali.
   
3. It will directly take you to the setup menu to register your bank with Ultracash service. If not, press hash (# sign key to open the setup menu.)
   
4. Speak out your bank name after the beap sound.
   It supports all banks. Speak loud and clear.
   
5. IVR voice assistant will confirm your bank name, last 2 digits of your bank account number and your name.
   
6. Please confirm it by pressing 1.
   
7. If you have UPI account, press 1 to continue or follow the instructions to create your UPI account.
   
8. Done, you are all set.

   How to Check Balance

   Now checking your balance is in your fingertips.
   • Call the given number.
     
   • Press 2 for balance section.
     
   • System will take a call back request and the call automatically gets disconnected.
     
   • You will receive a call from UltraCash within a second.
     
   • Answer the call.
     
   • Enter your UPI Pin after the instructions.
     
   • Done, your balance will be announced by the IVr voice assistant.
