Community Policy - Accessible Computing

Introduction

Welcome to Accessible Computing community. This page will describe our community policies which must be abide by all of our community members across all our available social platforms.
All policies have been consolidated here in different languages that can be accessed by anyone.

Community Policy (English)

Please note: If you are a new member, leave a voice or text message with your brief introduction like name, profession, location and your impairement (low vision or totally blind).

  1. You must use your legal name on your social media profile, (Facebook, Telegram and Whatsapp), otherwise we may remove or disapprove your participation or membership.
  2. You are not allowed to block any admins of our social platforms.
  3. Use all our social platforms for technical discussions only. Irrelevant topics are not allowed.
  4. Your communication language should be English or Hindi or Bengali according to respective whatsapp groups. For example, if you are in English group, your communication language must be English. For Facebook, and Telegram only English are allowed.
  5. Do not chat with any members personally (specially females) without his or her concern. Violence of this rule will terminate your membership.
  6. Do not share your sensitive information like, password, bank details, UPI or ATM pin in the groups even any of group member or admin will ever ask.
  7. When you ask your queries in a voice or text message, mention your name, device name or model number, android or windows version, Screen-reader and other necessary details for better solution.
  8. You have to wait at list 24hrs after raising your query.
  9. Try to use reply feature in respective platforms while answering queries.
  10. You can share any articles, audios and videos in Hindi or English or Bengali Language, based on the respective groups.
  11. You can't post any paid or free announcement without the permission, but Accessible Computing can.
  12. If you have a YouTube channel, you can share 1 video link Saturday and 1 video link Sunday. Your video must be latest. We can consider up to 1 month ago.
  13. If you only share YouTube links and not participate any other activities in 7 days, your membership will be terminated forever.
  14. while sharing your YouTube link, you can't ask for any call to action like, do subscribe, like, share, comment Etc.
  15. Accessible Computing's Admins' decission is final.
  16. If you want to report any illegal activities, do the task mentioned below for the respective platforms:
    • select report to admins for Facebook.
    • Copy the post link and send to any admin's personal window for Telegram group.
    • Reply the selected message and tag admins for Whatsapp group. Type "@admins" in the edit box and send.
  17. If you violent any of these regulations, you will be warn for the first time. If you do the same mistake further, the admin team will terminate your membership.
  18. If you want to re-join, the admin team will take the decission based on your previous activities.
  19. Accessible Computing reserves the rights to modify any policy at any point of time without any notice.

Community Policy (Bengali)

অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন: আপনি যদি একজন নতুন মেম্বার হন, তাহলে আপনার সংক্ষিপ্ত পরিচয় Voice বা text আকারে গ্রূপে পোস্ট করুন। এখানে আপনি আপনার নাম, পেশা ও শ্থানের নাম উল্লেখ করবেন।

  1. আপনাকে অবশ্যই আপনার সোশাল মিডিয়া প্রোফাইলে আপনার আইনি নাম ব্যবহার করতে হবে, Facebook, Telegram এবং Whatsapp-এ। অন্যথায় আমরা আপনার মেম্বারপদ অপসারণ বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করতে পারি।
  2. আপনি আমাদের কোনো সোশাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্মের কোনো প্রশাসককে ব্লক করতে পারবেন না।
  3. শুধুমাত্র প্রযুক্তিগত আলোচনার জন্য আমাদের সমস্ত সোশাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাফর্ম ব্যবহার করুন। অপ্রাসঙ্গিক বিষয় অনুমোদিত নয়।
  4. আপনার যোগাযোগের ভাষা সংশ্লিষ্ট হোয়াট্স্যাপ গ্রুপ অনুযায়ী ইংরেজি বা হিন্দি বা বাংলা হতে হবে। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, আপনি যদি বাংলা গ্রুপে থাকেন তবে আপনার যোগাযোগের ভাষা অবশ্যই বাংলা হতে হবে। ফেসবুক এবং টেলিগ্রামের জন্য শুধুমাত্র ইংরেজি ভাষা অনুমোদিত।
  5. কোনো মেম্বারের সাথে (বিশেষ করে মহিলাদের সাথে) ব্যক্তিগতভাবে তার অনুমতি ছাড়া চ্যাট করবেন না। এই নিয়মের লঙ্ঘন আপনার মেম্বারশিপ বাতিল করে দিতে পারে।
  6. আপনার সংবেদনশীল তথ্য যেমন, পাসওয়ার্ড, ব্যাঙ্কের তথ্য, ইউ পি আই বা এ টি এ্ম পিন, গ্রূপে শেয়ার করবেন না, এমনকি কোনো গ্রূপ মেম্বার বা অ্যাডমিন জিজ্ঞেস করলেও নয়।
  7. যখন আপনি একটি voice বা text মেসেজে আপনার প্রশ্ন জিজ্ঞাসা করবেন, আরও ভাল সমাধানের জন্য আপনার নাম, ডিভাইসের নাম বা মডেল নম্বর, অ্যান্ড্রয়েড বা উইন্ডোজ সংস্করণ, স্ক্রিন-রিডার এবং অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় বিবরণ উল্লেখ করুন।
  8. আপনার প্রশ্ন করার পরে আপনাকে অন্তত 24 ঘন্টা অপেক্ষা করতে হবে।
  9. প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়ার সময় সংশ্লিষ্ট প্ল্যাটফর্মে রিপ্লাই ফিচার ব্যবহার করার চেষ্টা করুন।
  10. আপনি সংশ্লিষ্ট গ্রুপের উপর ভিত্তি করে হিন্দি বা ইংরেজি বা বাংলা ভাষায় যেকোনো নিবন্ধ, অডিও এবং ভিডিও শেয়ার করতে পারেন।
  11. আপনি অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো রকম প্রছারমূলক পোস্ট করতে পারবেন না সেটা ফ্রি হোক বা পেইড কিন্তু Accessible Computing পারবে।
  12. আপনার যদি একটি YouTube চ্যানেল থাকে, আপনি প্রতি শনিবার এবং রবিবার 1টি করে ভিডিও লিঙ্ক শেয়ার করতে পারেন। আপনার ভিডিও নতুন হতে হবে। আমরা সর্বচ্চ একমাস আগে পর্যন্ত বিবেচনা করতে পারি।
  13. আপনি যদি শুধুমাত্র YouTube লিঙ্কগুলি শেয়ার করেন এবং 7 দিনের মধ্যে অন্য কোনও ক্রিয়াকলাপে অংশগ্রহণ না করেন তবে আপনার মেম্বারশিপ চিরতরে বাতিল হয়ে যাবে৷
  14. আপনার ইউটিউব লিঙ্ক শেয়ার করার সময় আপনি কোনো কল টু অ্যাকশনের জন্য অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন না, যেমন সাবস্ক্রাইব করুন, লাইক করুন, শেয়ার করুন, কমেন্ট করুন ইত্যাদি।
  15. Accessible Computing এর অ্যাডমিনেরসিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত।
  16. আপনি যদি কোনো বেআইনি কার্যকলাপের রিপোর্ট করতে চান, তাহলে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্ল্যাটফর্মের জন্য নিচে উল্লেখিত কাজটি করুন:
      Facebook-এর জন্য "report to admin" করুন।
    • টেলিগ্রাম গ্রুপের জন্য পোস্টের লিঙ্কটি কপি করুন এবং যেকোনো অ্যাডমিনের ব্যক্তিগত উইন্ডোতে পাঠান।
    • Whatsapp গ্রুপের জন্য যে মেসেজটি রিপোর্ট করতে চান তার রিপ্লাইতে গিয়ে "@admins" লিখে send করুন।
  17. আপনি যদি এই নিয়মগুলির কোনোটি লঙ্ঘন করেন তবে আপনাকে প্রথমবারের মতো সতর্ক করা হবে৷ আপনি যদি একই ভুল বারবার করেন তাহলে অ্যাডমিন টিম আপনার মেম্বারপদ বাতিল করে দেবে।
  18. আপনি যদি পুনরায় যোগদান করতে চান, তাহলে অ্যাডমিন টিম আপনার পূর্ববর্তী কার্যকলাপের উপর ভিত্তি করে সিদ্ধান্ত নেবে।
  19. Accessible Computing যেকোনো সময় যেকোনো নিয়ম যুক্ত বা পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
