- Accessible Computing, being a non-registered organization, does not hold the rights to produce certificates for its courses.
- However, Accessible Computing provides a completion certificate, which is not meant for official use.
- We assure you that Accessible Computing does not intend to share or sell your data with anyone else, and your information will remain confidential.
- We expect all students to behave professionally with their instructors at all times.
- Students are required to join the session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- All training sessions will be held on Google Meet or Zoom link.
- The link and other necessary credentials will be provided after the completion of enrollment.
- Students are expected to mute and unmute their microphones as required during the session.
- Students are strictly prohibited from selling or sharing any course materials, such as class recordings, assignments, or e-books with others. Any violation of this rule will result in the termination of your membership forever.
- Students are required to make full payment to gain access to the self-paste course.
- Students are expected to clear the installments before the deadline for their live trainings.
- A screenshot of the payment must be shared with the administration to obtain the invoice and complete the enrollment process.
- Failure to make payment due to bank issues will not be entertained.
- We do not initiate refunds after a payment has been made.
- Refunds will only be initiated if the inconvenience is caused by Accessible Computing.
- Students are required to complete their payment within the given deadline, failing which their enrollment will be automatically canceled.
- Live training timings will be adjusted as per the convenience of the trainer and the students.
- We advise students to collect their unique member ID, which can help them re-apply or apply for another course.
- Students are allowed to take two leaves for their live trainings.
- Students can apply for a leave of one week at a time.
- Students are required to give prior notice of at least 3 days before applying for leave.
- Students can extend their leave only for emergency situations.
- Students must apply for leave extension at least 24 hours before their leave ends.
- Leave applications must be sent through WhatsApp text message or email. Voice notes are not allowed in this case.
- Accessible Computing holds the complete rights to change/withdraw any policy at any point in time.
