This program will help equip young women with disabilities who have a college degree and are facing barriers to employment, with the foundational skills, knowledge and experience they need to get Leadership training and start well-paying careers in the future. Program Details The programme involves expert leadership coaching, connect with mentors for career guidance, placement post training completion and 45 days internship. It will be in hybrid mode, along with the virtual training, two weeks of residential training program will also be conducted.
